Love Island has become one of the most sought-after sync features for any artist. Last night was no exception, as islander Michael Griffiths stewed over his reconciliation with Amber Gill. Essex-based artist Luke Burr’s cover of Bobby’s Caldwell’s ‘What You Won’t Do For Love’ proved to be another perfectly placed, emotive soundtrack.

Luke’s silky smooth, soulful vocals played in the background as Michael longed to be back in Amber’s good books - much to fans’ surprise. The track has seen an exceptional response overnight picking up over 22k Shazams and launching into the iTunes Chart at No.29 & iTunes R&B/Soul Chart at No.2.

Luke Burr announced his sync moment on stage at his latest sold-out London headline show. He has previously toured with dance legends Rudimental as their guest vocalist, and played shows across Europe & Australia, including a date at MTV Festival in front of over 20,000 people!
