Promote your music using new Twitter Voice Notes

Written by frtyfve Team

“Sometimes 280 characters aren’t enough”. Twitter has launched a brand new feature on the social media platform - you are now able to post recorded voice notes up to 140 seconds long - once you reach the time limit for a Tweet, a new voice Tweet starts automatically to create a thread.

How can you use this new feature to promote your music?

1. You could share a snippet of an upcoming single, alike to sharing a note from your phone onto an Instagram post.

2. Create a fan interaction feed - get fans to send questions via voice note to you on a Twitter feed and create an interactive Q&A session.

3. Promote an old track by recalling an engaging story about how you wrote/created the song.

The possibilities are endless, but we are a big fan of how personal you can now make your Twitter feed.
